1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Superior Logo Works ("we", "us"). Superior Logo Works is a registered company. Registration details available on request.
2. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you choose a package and provide a design brief. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received in full through our payment provider. Prices are shown in USD and include everything listed in the package description.
Promotional prices and discounts are shown on the website when they apply and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.
3. The design process
- Turnaround times start after we receive payment and a complete brief.
- The number of concepts and revision rounds depends on your package.
- Revisions are changes to a chosen concept. A request for an entirely new direction may count as a new concept.
- We may ask you questions to clarify your brief. Delays in your replies extend the timeline.
4. Ownership and rights
Once your order is paid in full and the final design is delivered, all rights to the final, approved design transfer to you. Concepts you do not choose remain our property and may not be used without a separate agreement. We may show your final design in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
You confirm that any material you provide (text, images, reference logos) can lawfully be used for your project.
5. Money-back guarantee and refunds
If you are not satisfied with any of the initial concepts, you may request a refund before you approve a concept or request revisions, subject to the conditions on our Our Guarantee page. Refunds are not available after final files have been delivered, for add-ons that have already been fulfilled, or where a project has been inactive on your side for more than 30 days.
6. Customer accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
7. Liability
We take care to create original work, but we cannot guarantee that a design will be registrable as a trademark in every jurisdiction. We recommend a trademark search before registering your logo. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
